Citrus Counseling Services has been providing support for the people in the Inland Empire since 1978. Their mission is the provide comprehensive mental health services and bridge clients to community services. CCS understands that value of Mental Health and the impact it can have on children, individuals, families, and communities. They want to prevent the need for higher levels of care related to depression, domestic violence, child abuse, suicide, homelessness, addiction, child behavioral problems, and divorce. Treatments are designed to address these needs with quality, evidence-based, and specialized therapy options, especially for extremely low-income, high-risk, children, individuals, and families.

CCS is the only Mental Health Organization based in the East Valley, making their connections and commitment to those they serve meaningful and insightful. They are dedicated to our community and have a vision of a future where treating the whole person becomes standard practice.

CCS’ goal for individuals are to:

• Increase levels of resilience and family stability
• Decrease risk of suicide, homelessness, and youth incarceration
• Reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms
• Reduce child abuse, domestic violence, and addiction
• Increase access to quality case management & victim services

CCS’ community goals are to:

• Reduce the stigmatization of Mental Health services
• Increase accessibility to services, especially to under-served populations
• Respond to crisis events
• Increase the number of collaborative resource partners
