We're excited to host you for the 27th Annual Golf Tournament at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort. To ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience, all Resort Guests and Golfers must utilize Resort Valet for parking and check-in, as self-parking is not available.
Tournament guests are required to check in at the Avalon Welcome Center, located on the Lobby Main Floor/5th floor before proceeding to golf, each day. When departing the resort, please complete the check-out process at the Avalon Welcome Center.


Tuesday, July 28

  • 4:00pm - 7:00pm: Check-In at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort in Monarch Ballroom Lobby (5th/Main Floor)
  • 6:00pm: Welcome Reception for VIP Sponsors – Wine Cave Patio, Adjacent to Grand Lawn
  • 7:00pm: VIP Sponsors Welcome Dinner in Wine Cave featuring Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli.


Wednesday, July 29

  • 7:00am - 10:00am: Welcome Center Open in Avalon Ballroom. Light Fare & Beverages on Avalon Patio
  • Morning Hospitality and VIP Transportation Shuttle Departure Location
  • 8:30am: Shuttle Departure to Del Mar Country Club (DMCC) for Participating Sponsors, on Avalon Patio
  • Please Reserve your Bus Seat in Advance
  • 9:30am – Breakfast, Shopping Experience & Driving Range Open at DMCC
  • 11:00am: Shotgun start at Del Mar Country Club
  • 3:00pm - 7:00pm: Welcome Center Open in Avalon Ballroom and Retail Shopping Open in Monarch Ballrooms 2 & 3
  • 5:00pm: Shuttles to Resort from DMCC
  • 6:00pm: Silent Auction Opens

  • 10:00am: Shotgun Start at Monarch Beach Golf Links from Assigned Holes
  • 12:00pm – 7:00pm: Wellness Center Experience Open at Monarch Ballroom 2
  • 3:00pm – 7:00pm: VIP Fitting Suite Open for Invited Guests without Appointments
  • 6:00pm - 9:00pm: Yuhaaviatám Reception at Grand Lawn of RESORT
  • 6:00pm – Light Fare and Networking

  • 5:30pm: Shuttles begin to Ocean Front Reception on Hole #3 at MBGL, from Tram Station Valet at North side of Resort
