  • 8:00am & 8:30am: Shuttle Departures to Off-Site Golf Day at Del Mar Country Club (DMCC) for Participating Sponsors
  • 11:00am - 4:00pm: Shotgun start at Del Mar Country Club
  • 3:00pm - 6:00pm Check-in for all Arriving Guests at Welcome Center
  • 5:00pm - 7:00pm: Golfers return to WAMBR from DMCC
  • 6:00pm: Silent Auction Opens (mobile bidding via AES)
  • 7:00pm - 9:00pm: VIP Awards Mixer at WAMBR Wine Cave
  • 9:00pm-Midnight: After-Glow Hours at 33 North, Main Lobby of WAMBR; All Tournament Guests are Welcome


Thursday, July 24

  • 6:00am - 6:00pm: Check-in for all Arriving Guests at Welcome Center
  • 7:00am - 3:00pm: Tee times at Monarch Beach Golf Links
  • 6:00pm - 9:00pm: Yuhaaviatám Reception at Grand Lawn of WAMBR (Cocktail Hour 6:00-7:00pm, Food will be served after 7:00pm)
  • 9:00pm-Midnight: After-Glow Hours at 33 North


Friday, July 25

Saturday, July 26
