Wednesday, July 23

  • 8:00am - 9:30am VIP Welcome Center Hours
  • Morning Hospitality and VIP Transportation Shuttle Departure Location
  • 9:00am: Departure to Off-Site Golf Day at Del Mar Country Club (DMCC) for Participating Sponsors
  • 11:00am - 4:00pm: Shotgun start at Del Mar Country Club
  • 3:00pm - 8:00pm Check-in for all Arriving Guests at Welcome Center
  • 5:00pm: Golfers return to WAMBR from DMCC
  • 7:00pm: VIP Awards Mixer at WAMBR  (exact location TBA)
  • 9:00pm-Midnight: After Glow Bar Hours at Main Lobby of WAMBR; All Tournament Guests are Welcome


Thursday, July 24

  • 7:00am - 7:00pm: Check-in for all Arriving Guests at Welcome Center
  • 7:00am - 2:00pm:  Tee times at Monarch Beach Golf Links
  • 6:00pm - 9:00pm: Yuhaaviatám Reception at Grand Lawn of WAMBR (Cocktail Hour 6:00-7:00pm, Food will be served after 7:00pm)
  • 9:00pm-Midnight: After Glow Bar Hours at Main Lobby of WAMBR


Friday, July 25

  • 7:00am - 7:00pm: Check-in for all Arriving Guests at Welcome Center
